- If you are a dental staff member, Dental Coffee Shop collects personal information related to employment history, criminal background, license information and payroll information. This information is obtained from account setting submitted by the user at the time of account registration and any changes made to a current account. Dental Coffee Shop may use this information to verify and validate prior to hiring or sending out for a interview.
- If you are a dental office, Dental Coffee Shop may collect location information, business ownership information, payment information and authorized user information. This collection is enabled through your app settings or device permissions.
- Transaction Information
We collect transaction details related to your use of our services, including the type of services you requested or provided, date and time the service was provided, timecard hours, payment history, tax information and other related transaction details.

We collect information about how you interact with our services, preferences expressed, and settings chosen. In some cases we do this through the use of cookies, pixel tags, and similar technologies that create and maintain unique identifiers.
We may collect information about the devices you use to access our services, including the hardware models, operating systems and versions, software, file names and versions, preferred languages, unique device identifiers, advertising identifiers, serial numbers, device motion information, and mobile network information.
When you interact with our services, we collect server logs, which may include information like device IP address, access dates and times, app features or pages viewed, app crashes and other system activity, type of browser, and the third-party site or service you were using before interacting with our services.

Dental Coffee Shop will show requested job information through the app to Dental Coffee Shop Employees that are eligible based on location. Dental Coffee Shop may also share job posting on any social media to promote jobs. Resumes with personal information and contact information is only viewable by dental offices that have paid for that service.

- Users providing feedback, such as as ratings or compliments
- Dental Coffee Shop business partners through which you create or access your Dental Coffee Shop account, such as payment providers, social media services, on-demand music services, or apps or websites who use Dental Coffee Shop's APIs or whose API Dental Coffee Shop uses

- Financial services providers
- The owner of an Dental Coffee Shop for Business or Dental Coffee Shop Family profile that you use

Dental Coffee Shop uses the information we collect to provide, personalize, maintain and improve our products and services. This includes using the information to:
- Enable dental staffing services
- Process or facilitate payments for those services
- Offer, obtain, provide or facilitate insurance or financing solutions in connection with our services
- Enable features that allow you to share information with other people, such as when you submit a review of a Dental Coffee Shop employee
- Enable features to personalize your Dental Coffee Shop account, such as creating bookmarks for your favorite places
- Perform internal operations necessary to provide our services, including to troubleshoot software bugs and operational problems, to conduct data analysis, testing, and research, and to monitor and analyze usage and activity trends
- Safety and security
We use your data to help maintain the safety, security and integrity of our services. For example, we collect information from State Regulated sources to validate license and work history. This also includes, for example, our photo feature, which prompts dental staff employees to share a picture. This helps ensure that Dental Coffee Shop employee using the app matches the Dental Coffee Shop account we have on file, preventing fraud and helping to protect other users.
- Customer support
Dental Coffee Shop uses the information we collect (including recordings of customer support calls after notice to you and with your consent) to assist you when you contact our customer support services, including to:
- Direct your questions to the appropriate customer support person
- Investigate and address your concerns
- Monitor and improve our customer support responses
- Research and development
We may use the information we collect for testing, research, analysis and product development. This allows us to improve and enhance the safety and security of our services, develop new features and products, and facilitate insurance and finance solutions in connection with our services.

Dental Coffee Shop uses the information we collect to enable communications between our users. For example, a dental office may see your resume and contact you to schedule an interview. Only resumes will be shown if you enable looking for permanent placement option when creating account. This can be changed on your account profile at any time. Please allow 24 hours for change to take effect.

Dental Coffee Shop may use the information we collect to communicate with you about products, services, promotions, studies, surveys, news, updates and events. Privacy Settings
The Profile Settings menu in the Dental Coffee Shop app gives users the ability to set or update their information and contacts sharing preferences, and their preferences for receiving mobile notifications from Dental Coffee Shop. Employees can also delete or disable their Dental Coffee Shop account from the Profile Settings menu.
Device Permissions
Most mobile platforms (iOS, Android, etc.) have defined certain types of device data that apps cannot access without your consent. And these platforms have different permission systems for obtaining your consent. The iOS platform will alert you the first time the Dental Coffee Shop app wants permission to access certain types of data and will let you consent (or not consent) to that request. Android devices will notify you of the permissions that the Dental Coffee Shop app seeks before you first use the app, and your use of the app constitutes your consent.
Ratings Look-Up
After every completed job, dental offices and employees are able to rate each other, as well as give feedback on how the job went. This two-way system holds everyone accountable for their behavior. Accountability helps create a respectful, safe environment for both dental offices and employees. Currently your rating profile is only viewable to Dental Coffee Shop Staff, but may be viewable to all Dental Coffee Shop users in the future.
Accessing and Correcting Your Information
You can edit the name, phone number and email address associated with your account through the Settings menu in Dental Coffee Shop's apps. You can also look up your work history, paystub and timecard history in the Dental Coffee Shop apps. You may also request access to, correction of, or a copy of your information by contacting Dental Coffee Shop at [email protected].
Marketing Opt-Outs
You may opt out of receiving promotional emails from Dental Coffee Shop by written notice. You may also opt out of receiving emails and other messages from Dental Coffee Shop by following the instructions in those messages.
Updates To This Policy

We may occasionally update this policy. If you use our services after an update, you consent to the updated policy.
We may occasionally update this policy. If we make significant changes, we will notify you of the changes through the Dental Coffee Shop apps or through others means, such as email.
